Bus- KTM-EWR $1100.00 one way combo KE/AA Dec-April

Hey all it’s been years since I’ve posted a fare, so please be kind 😀.

Looks to be scattered dates dec through April one way KTM-ICN-DFW-EWR, all in business with the first flight on Korean Air and the balance on AA. I dint go all the way through the booking but came up on AA.com and was a flexible fare too.

Hopefully this link works to show options.

Taking a bus from Kathmandu to Newark is a little brutal, isn’t it

Glad to see this deal making an encore appearance. I flew it in 2019 and found it very useful. It's usually possible to tack extra segments between DFW and NYC, including a transcon.

The fare itself never went away. A way to use it disappeared with all the covid route cancellations. Now that AA flies more Asia routes, it is finally possible to use it again.

IF THE FARE COMPONENT INCLUDES TRAVEL BETWEEN LAX AND NYC
THEN THAT TRAVEL MUST BE ON
ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING
  • ANY AA FLIGHT OPERATED BY AA
  • BUT NOT ON AIRBUS INDUSTRIE A321 (SHARKLETS) AIRCRAFT.

That's a fair question. Winter weather can really wreak havoc at EWR.

I saw the thread and for a moment thought where does this bus to KTM start to get the premium fare deal to the NYC area.
