Icelandair Saga Class: USA to Europe from $779
Icelandair has a nice sale from across North America to points in Europe. These planes feature recliner seats similar to domestic First Class. You can add or force stopovers in Reykjavik to enjoy a break or avoid APD on flights from UK.
These flights book into A Class which earn 125% EQMs and RDMs. Here are just a few sample flights... Limited space in September but more in October, November. FWIW - My 6'4 husband flew SEA to KEF in Saga Class and I fully expected him to hate it. Surprisingly, he said the seats were very comfortable and the foot rest definitely helps. He had no problem falling asleep on the flight like he usually does.

I doubt their staff have even heard of lie flat. If you asked them, they'd probably take it as a literal 'command' towards them. Maybe 2089 will be their year. |
