SQ711 BKK-SIN doesn't earn any Alaska credit. I'd like to credit ONLY this segment to Aeroplan, and then credit SQ22 to Alaska. Is this something SQ customer service / SQ's reservation system can handle? (Different FF crediting for different segments).
As I mentioned above, the rules have changed just recently and that flight will credit to AS without problem. But, should you want to still have different FF # on the two segments, either ask a very knowledgeable agent at an SQ office, or enter the first FF# before flight 711, then at the Silver Kris lounge, ask an agent to change the number and it will be applied to the second segment, no problem.

Credit to AS after Upgrade with SQ Miles?

Anyone know if I can use my SQ miles to upgrade the SQ flight, and then credit the flight to AS?

SQ does not allow upgrade with miles on D fares like this deal. They may offer cash upgrades however. Presumably you should receive the miles for the original fare.

Where was it hard to get credit? Alaska? Was this a post hoc crediting or did you have your AK number in PNR?

What route and price? It's increased to mostly around $2400 to US destinations now.

Does anyone have the details of the rules for BKK-US as published in May? I have flown the outbound and I think I remember it is free to change the date, but I would like to have confirmation and know the last date bookable. 6 month? 1 year? From ticket issue or outbound?

PS: Thanks to Barkinpark. Note that SQ sends a pdf of the rules with the ticket, which is great.
For ticket issued before August, there is no change fee but a re-issue fee of $25US.
The maximum stay for older tickets is 1 year while newer ones have a 6 month maximum stay.

Check your PM. I am sending over rules for DT5THR12, not sure if this is your fare.

Is this fare (or anything remotely close to it) still valid? I'm pricing BKK to North America @ THB 150k+

Which routes please?

I looked a little harder - selected dates coming at THB 96k. which is ~USD 2,700. Found my answer. Thanks!

Shame there is nothing EX-EU the opposite direction. I booked a O/W HKT-LHR at £1000pp for January but have been really struggling to find any decent deals for my outbound!
