I wonder when is the best, to add my AS mileage plan account into ticket. Can I do it now or should wait to do that at the check in counter.
And can I do that myself or I must contact SQ to make a request. It seems, very difficult to get SQ customer service over the phone, not like before.

If you've already selected SQ Krisflyer, then you will have to either contact customer service or have them change it at the airport.

Performing a quick search, I see some outbound availability on October 3-4, 17, 24-26, 31, November 1-2, and December 5-7, and 13 for BKK-JFK.
