*A LAX-MLE OW from $1345 in business

Scattered availability via OZ/LX/LH on GF during Jan-March of 2023. Morning arrival into MLE. Didnt check return legs because no way I'd take early morning flight out of MLE. But solid deal for long flight in business even with meh hard products involved. Pair with mileage ticket back to LAX on another carrier with later departure or jump over to CMB for cheap C/F fares back.

Good find. Though from what I'm seeing it's either Edelweiss or Eurowings (even more meh than LX or LH) for the long leg, some of which involve a connection in CMB.

Are you seeing anything on the non-discount metal?

I am guessing this is the $605 base fare I see in the GDS. If so, there are fares for UA, AC, LH, and SN. If all you see is EdelWeiss then you probably need a TA or some more powerful tools. BTW, this fare has a free stopover in Europe and no HIP check for stopovers.
And BTW, it's been a long time since I have seen a cheap fare back to the US from CMB, so do your diligence before relying on that. Most of Asia to US is more expensive that v.v. for premium cabins these days.

This fare is great thanks, for reference it was easy to for me to find P availability on AC and book AC+OS. in fact it was cheaper, at ~$1100. (especially exciting for me since this was my first booking with my new ticketing privileges on sabre).

I'm able to get some dates to price out on United.com for those interested in getting this on 016 stock. Looking SFO to LHR or CDG.
I was trying to use my Break from Business discount but it doesn't look like it's pricing on the P fares, only the $10K+ Z fares.

This fare also allows stopovers. LAX-ZRH / ZRH-MLE on Google Flights. Long-haul on LX with this example. You can click through to ticket with UA. The long layover in VIE is either a blessing or a curse depending on your perspective.

Great fare, OP - really love this one.

Thank you to OP and others who posted here! Snagged SFO-VIE/VIE-MLE on Swiss and Austrian for $1392 each, but also found the AC routings for close to $1100 as discussed above on Google Flights.
