DL NON-STOP Z Class: ATL to SCL (A350-900) $2088

Valid only on Tuesday departures and some return weeks are Tuesday and some are Wednesday. August and September. Can't beat the price for Delta out of ATL to SCL BUT there is a caveat:
These are NOT the A350 suites you know and love.
These are A350 aircraft purchased from LATAM and they have a 2x2x2 config in Biz class ..... yup. And no privacy, really, either. Tons of leg room (similar to Prestige class on Korean Airlines) but no privacy. :-(
You can check out videos of LATAM business class A350-900 to get an idea. From how I understand it, Delta will NOT be adding new Delta seats but keeping the red LATAM seats for the time being. Eventually the aircraft will be converted to typical A350 Delta config of 1 x 2 x 1. FYI

This is still a very good price and a decent product, considering this route consistently ran at ~$10 000 on their ancient B767 with very narrow seats.

It's a good price, but I hope DL isn't selling it as D1, which is supposed to have 100% direct aisle access on wide bodies.
What are the current entry rules for SCL?

Just a heads up, looks like you can book this as LATAM codeshares which would give you more MQDs and MQMs and a baggage allowance of 3 bags @ 23 Kilos each (it seems per LATAM.com) under codeshares ATL-SCL would earn 14085 MQMs 2817 MQDs 1.35 MQD Ratio

Yeah, the 767 300 seat width (and pitch!) is just not very good. But the width is really taxing. Must not be more than 19". Feels like 18.5"

They ARE selling as Delta ONe. You can check out their website on the dates in link. All 2x2x2. There are 6 jets they bought from LATAM that are like this. I think almost all will be used for S.A. travel.

FROM ATL - PERMITTED TUE THROUGH THU FROM THE GATEWAY. TO ATL - PERMITTED MON THROUGH WED FROM THE GATEWAY.
There is a 7-day min stay requirement, so you won't be able to do shorter turns on these fares (like over a weekend).
There is also a 50-day advance purchase requirement (there's some availability starting in July as long as you meet 50-day advance requirement).
The fare rules can be found at "Fare Rules" link when you bring up itin on delta.com. ITA Matrix also shows fare rules if you use that for a fare search.

LIM has gone up considerably since COVID. Pre-COVID from Atlanta you could find for $1200-$1500. Now the cheapest is $1750 and usually in $2000_ range.

Purchasing via LATAM is not worth the additional MQDS. LATAM is so awful that many banks just assume that chargebacks are valid w/o waiting for reply. If you need to change ticket, Goodluck! Their agents don't know basics, won't necessarily follow fare rules for rebooking, etc...
