Also a general question towards everyone, but how good is this fare actually? Doesn't seem to be an error as it's available for months on end.

Does 24 hour cancellation applied and allowed on this SQ Business Lite fare ? Will it be full refund back to credit card or airline flight credit ? Any cancellation fee ?

I booked this deal, great deal imo.
Debating if I should credit it to Mileage Plan or not? It's a D booking and I believe thats a 200% rate on Mileage Plan- Should be nearly 25,000 miles. Best value surely?

poking around saw CGK->NRT->NYC for $1490 on NH/UA
Tried to find a two-stop with NH/NH to ORD and then UA. Found CGK-NRT-EWR-ORD-LGA for $1503 on Oct 21

It's mostly normal now; 43 countries (USA included) can get a visa on arrival at the airports for ~$35. Requirements are:
1. PCR test taken max 48 hours from the first flight on the itinerary
2. Health insurance covering Covid (no one checks this other than potentially your airline)
3. Proof of at least double vaccination
Other than that, no quarantine or anything once you pass immigration.

Last sunday, but this was in CGK. Perhaps they’re a bit more strict at DPS (have been hearing horror stories of customs being more strict, so this wouldn’t surprise me all that much)

I would give it another couple days before contacting them. I've had an SQ flight take almost two weeks to post on UA.
