Once you have built your itinerary on google flights or ita, you should be able to book it via united for the price mentioned here.
Hawaii and Tokyo should also be possible on such a trip if someone manages.

It's only allowed to visit one continent once? A routing from Tokyo to Singapore is not possible as it seems.

ExpertFlyer is displaying 3 iterations of the PNCFR fare, each with their own routing rules (copied below). A RTW itinerary would effectively be combining two of the iterations.

You'll note that Honolulu is available if travelling via N. America and crossing the Pacific, while Tokyo is available if flying directly to/from Europe or via Seoul. One could stop in both Tokyo and Honolulu as part of a RTW itinerary using this fare, but you would need to stop in Auckland between them.

Gave up. Had fare of $3000 for my routing and days.(CDG-LAX 11/15, LAX-AKL 11/27. AKL-SIN 12/10, SIN-CDG 12/11. Tried through GF link with UA and also ITA PT through Expedia, Skyscanner, Priceline.... even AMEX Travel had same fare. None would book through.

I'm having a somewhat different issue --- my itinerary (CDG - VIE - JFK; LGA - ORD - AKL; AKL - ORD - LGA; JFK - VIE - CDG) prices at Eur 2,737.08 on UA (united.com/en/fr, as linked from GF), but at the final step they refuse to sell it to me in EUR, but instead (presumably based on my credit card billing address, not my IP address) insist on translating it to USD at ~5% above the current exchange rate. Does anyone have the secret for avoiding this surcharge?

[P.S. In normal situations, I would be tempted to call in to UA and insist that they bill my credit card in Euro, but this fare is perhaps too interesting to others for me to be making phone calls to any Star Alliance carrier at this point...]

Any actual ticketing success to share?

This one seems to be bookable though OTA's. CDG-HNL-AKL-NRT/HND-CDG £2344. Very tempted by this!!

But it is bookable? The only problem I've found is when it re-directs you to the United site, but if you get a link for an OTA it seems fine.

YES- it is bookable.. Finally got a booking!

My routing CDG-LAX (via FRA) STOP LAS-AKL (Via LAX) STOP AKL-LAX (via HNL) STOP LAX-CDG (via MUC)
Booked through GF on UA at 2877.09 euros. Paid in Euros as UA exchange to USD was $150 more than shown on xe.com
