I didn't read too much into it but since it's owned by JAL, unsurprisingly it can (indirectly) earn JL miles. It's in a swap program rather than direct earn.

JL has a pretty decent award chart. The Zipair site though is about as clear as mud as to how many points you'd earn flying these routes. It will be 2 Zipair ports for 1 JL mile in the swap.

I remember posting a NRT-BKK deal a few months ago, didn't they charge even for meals in Business?

So the full fare (assuming you want a specific seat, meals, and whatever else is an extra cost) would be over $2000?? Doesn't sound like a real deal from the US west coast to TYO. Especially if you want to earn any miles/points ff the trip. And I expect with all the extras added in it is not any sort of deal between TYO and HNL.
