I still can find some deals from MAD/BCN for 06/22 onwards. MAD/MIA/LAX/SFO/JFK/MAD e.g.

I was also having trouble pricing ex-Spain rt flights below $1600-1700

I was able to book MAD-LAX/LAX-SOF for around $1340 which was the lowest I could find.
