Found some dates in August/September, possibly many more.

Chicago to MLE is als around $2500 on Qatar, for next few months

IAD is around $2300 on QR. Doesn’t drop much with Amex, but still a little cheaper.

Note that the R fare does not include Al Mourjan lounge access or advance seat selection. If you're OWE or OWS you can still pick seats. Otherwise, consider purchasing the next fare level up.

I was told OWE get access to lounge even on R fare. I know I got in on recent trip despite being on R fare.

Al Mourjan is being given as a courtesy at the moment. No one knows how long it will last but not something I would count on. Access should be to the OW First lounge which doesn't compare to the Qatar Al Mourjan lounge.

No. Only as an accommodation while the F lounge is closed. As soon as QR reopens the F lounge (and we're not talking about Al Safwa, but a substantially inferior one), that will be the OWE lounge, not Al Mourjan.
