Well, if you have been to Brazil in past 14 days, you are not allowed to enter nor transit. You can as Italian with quarantine.

Well, LATAM didn't care about and denied oarding it with FRA-GRU fares on the way back (back when similar entry rules applied) so I wouldn't count on it.
