Following on from JFKEZE's post to Canada from TLV.

Some of the Virgin TLV - LHR sectors book into economy. Looks like it's possible to get premium economy the whole way if you play around with the dates and times.
BA are similar price at $935 to NYC with Premium Economy the whole way.
Dates seem to be fairly wide open.
