Business Special hence no lounge and no chauffeur drive. Wonder if one can book FCO and get a complimentary change to anywhere in Europe.

For the JFK fare (didn't check the EUR fares):

VALID FOR TRAVEL COMMENCING ON/AFTER 18JAN 21 AND ON/BEFORE 30NOV 21.
MIN STAY 3 DAYS / MAX STAY 1 MONTH
TICKETS MUST BE ISSUED ON/AFTER 18JAN 21 AND ON/BEFORE 01FEB 21.
CHANGES US$250 / CANX NONREF
