There's wide availability across the year. I used google flights map view to search availability to the USA and then pinned down dates.

Just updated and added it to the body. I blame the rush from all the bookings. LOL.

BA is cheap from CDG too.

Until the entry restrictions are lifted I really don't see much appeal in handing over money for a flight I won't be able to take. Good for US and Canadian citizens living in the UK though.

As LondonElite said I am not sure who’s targeted by this offer - relatively few US citizens in the UK (or UK customers who are not aware/ very optimistic re/ entry restrictions to the US willing to give a cash credit to BA)

Good price but not cheap enough for me to jump and lock dollars (or sterling :)) during pandemic even if travel is for next year. Will hold off on this one.

BA is going to be cheap from most connecting European airports. But who can travel?

I learned my lesson buying these trips back during the first lockdowns. Hard pass

There has been many people buying cheap fares for summer or as late as possible in 2021, I dont see why this should be different.

BA was pretty bad in getting back a refund in comparison to other airlines I dealt with

Wow, surprise me. I had no problem in September, everything was back on my CC within 2 weeks.

For me, BA have been the star performer for refunds. Apart from needing to call up and their website doing everything it could to convince you to take a voucher, if you spoke to an agent getting a refund was simple and usually quick. Compared to many other European airlines they have performed well in this regard.

Imagine the hassle if trying to get a refund. No thx!
