Tk mnl - ist - jfk/sfo/mia/hou j ~1800

Travel from Manila to the USA (the long way) via IST, good fare at 1800 USD. Dates are wide wide open (everyday until end of schedule). Free stopover in IST. I know very little of *A but I'm sure this would get you close if not all the way to *A Gold.

This is why I'm avoiding Turkish for the time being. Gong from phenomenal catering to this? What a shame

Hopefully they'll be back to normal by next year.

They have severely cut back on their catering which was the best part of their business class

For long haul J, you only receive a couple cold sandwhich boxes

They say the change is "temporary" but who knows when it'll be back
