This is a Delta business (Z) fare from Miami to Easter Island. LA operates the SCL-IPC-SCL segments. One stopover is permitted. Book by April 30.

Examples
MIA-ATL-SCL-IPC -- $1,360
MIA-MSP-ATL-SCL-IPC -- $1,372

You can get travel till EOS...Mid-March for those that wish to plan ahead... Sadly doesn't seem to allow ticketing on LATAM stock so no major MQD arbitrage possible...

Nice find OP!

Hint: you can also route thru SLC and get two more lie-flat segments on ATL-SLC-JFK (767/757)

Wonder if this will hold. Noticed it's the same price at economy the dates I picked. I was able to book 1 myself, but not 1 for the girlfriend. It seems like any time its available, there is only 1 and then those dates the prices go up, no matter what your routing. But I was able to book myself 2/16 to 2/23

That makes it attractive from an MQD position... for the JFK-SCL-IPC segments 22296 MQMs 4459 MQDs 2.92 MQD Ratio

Delta Diamond members would obtain 49051 RDMs, Platinum 40133 RDMs, Gold 35674 RDMs, Silver 31214 RDMs, Base Members 22296 RDMs

Great deal. I went to IPC last year and stayed 4 nights. Beautiful, remote place but it was way too long unless you really enjoy sitting doing nothing. I would recommend 2 nights or 3 nights MAX.

Vert few restaurants/coffee shops, quite expensive as everything is delivered by cargo boats and planes from mainland Chile, recommend to rent a car $50-100/day and go around the island e.g. sunrise at Ahu Tongariki - much more cost-effective than doing tours.

Also, LATAM often have SCL-IPC on sale in business for around $350 - $500 return (right now for June starting at $320 but that's too early I would say). If I remember correctly I paid around $450. Great deal on a Dreamliner.

Maybe someone can find a good combination to PPT in Tahiti?

Avoid booking the B772 on the SCL-IPC sector. I don't know if LA still flies with this bird, but it's an old SQ aircraft and the cabin is also the old from SQ.

Am trying to find a way to get down to Patagonia. Like FTE or PUQ. Problem is from SCL to there is another few hundred so you are nearly doubling your cost of the fare to stop down there all said and done.

I am ATL based so what if I take this whole trip and just get off on the return flight when it connects in ATL on the way back? Of course no baggage on the way back will be checked.
