While randomly looking at flight I saw an interesting fare from YVR
AC and TAP YVR-YYZ-LIS-FRA. It is also possible to route it via New York but there you have to get to JFK from EWR.
The pricing unit does allow a stopover but it is a tap stopover so I have been only been able to get it in LIS.
Availability that I saw was from a bit in September to mid December.

I recall seeing a lot of deals from YVR to Europe last summer using the same YYZ-LIS route as the gateway flight, it was a good deal then. Nice to see its come back again, and with very favourable 1-ways this time
