600 TPs (surprised that after the JFK-DOH gets just 20 TPs more) but for a trip ex-USA at USD 2.71 a TP or Ł2.11 ain't bad for the distance.
add in 4 BA euro segments and you are BA Silver with the US domestic lounge access etc...

This is actually not true. Airlines are the merchant of record for all published fares issued by travel agencies including OTAs. The OTA sends your CC info via ARC for authorization and settlement. Not that they will do anything with it but they do indeed have it.

I just realized that the KBP to LHR BA flight no longer exists... Since there is a huge amount of LCCs in KBP/IEV might be worth a trip to get the 4 segments... WAW, KRK come to mind as "easy" to reach from Kiev...

i would not think too much about this fare and go for it, especially if a BA collector...
I can't seem to see the details of fares rules but for PHL/NYC it seems to be two....

I know how these things work. I have never seen any fare rules like this.

Is it really so mediocre for EQDs for AA? I am usually happy to find a 2x multiplier on dollars spent, especially if it is on a high-quality carrier. Have I been setting my targets too low?

7 day minimum stay makes it not really that great for a mileage run... decent if you want to spend a week in Kiev.

Or a day or two in Kiev and then travel onward.

True. Really it is 7 days from departure so more like 5 days in Ukraine. But yes, it is not a quick turn fare.
