If you are a blogger/owner or contributor to another website and/or anyone attempting to drive traffic to any form of social media, you are subject to the following rules in the Mileage Run Forums:

1. You are prohibited from using any link where you may be collecting a referral fee. Shortened links (e.g. bitly and tinyurl etc.) may not be used in the post. The link must lead directly to the deal. Links to a paywall to see further information about the deal are prohibited.

2. In addition to FlyerTalk Rules 7 and 10, any post in the Mileage Run Forums with a link must be preceded by the following disclosure: “The following link is a blog/website/social media page in which I have a financial interest. If you click on this link, cookies will be added to your device for an extended period of time and I may gain monetary returns if you follow this link or any other link on the blog/website/social media page.”

3. Any and all links to the blog/website/social media page may only appear at the end of the post in FlyerTalk’s default font, size and color. No Bolding.

4. If a Moderator edits your post, you are not allowed to re-edit the post. If you wish to make an edit to the post, contact a Moderator.

5. FlyerTalk is a Community. We expect members to participate in other areas of FlyerTalk. If you predominantly or exclusively “live” in the Mileage Run Forums and do not participate in other areas of FlyerTalk, you may lose your ability to post in the Mileage Run Forums.
