Cathay has PE fares from Singapore to LAX($1044), SFO ($1044) and NYC ($1110) in Dec, Jan, Feb etc.

AA flyers should net 15,400 miles, 21600 EQMs and ~2900 EQDs for LAX/SFO.

and 16800 miles , 25400 EQMs, and 3360 EQDs. for NYC.

I did grab 2 of em as nest trip to my Black Friday cathay pacific PE JFK-SIN to earn my way into EXP club next year.

seems like consistent price all the year as long SQ keep flying nonstop to those cities.

I bought this reverse of this (SFO-SIN) for $1200 with Amex Platinum IAP. You can also add stopover in HKG for free.

Shouldn't it be more like $3400 EQD for SFO? Routing SIN-HKG-SFO x2 = ~17000 miles. x 0.20 = 3400.

Cant replicate ex NYC for any date in December or January for durations between 1 and 8 days for less than 1800

3861 EQD's. CX PE (discounted fares) are 20% of BIS. It's 28959 EQM's also, so 4 times gets you to EXP and 3 times gets you close. I prefer AS earnings though it's only 21237 EQM's for AS, but it's 45,370 RDM's for MVPG75k's vs 42,473 AA RDM's for EXP's..
