In operation since 1945 owned by the government of Saudi Arabia and managed by the military, they are in good shape and have these sales regularly for many years.

They've indeed lowered yesterday the fare from ATH to CGK. It's available all of 2020, but day to day availability will vary. Of course I'm unfortunate enough to have already booked...
