Maximum stay requirements

Some of the destinations work with slightly elevated prices from LAS as well. Discounts through AMEX IAP if you opt for Skyteam flights on DL stock (example LAS-AMS-HEL).

IME when IAP gives a discount on exactly the same flights and fare codes (without the designator), it's 15% of the base fare on DL PS and deep discount D1 fares.

If you have a Platinum (or Business Platinum) Card, you should have access to the International Airline Program which provides discount ranging in size on various fares.

Centurion cards too.

I suspect it might just be for USA based cards.

Oops - forgot the Centurion Card as I don't currently exist in that rarefied air :-)

Thank you, styleflyer! Just booked LAX-LHR-OSL RT in BA Business $2,042. :-) August is definitely the sweet spot for deals out of LAX.
