QR: ARN - JNB 1460 rt biz (Qsuites)
Qsuites to Doha, and if you are lucky, as well to Johannesburg.
Officialy JNB is not flown by Qsuites, but if you check on planefinder you can see that 2 of the last 20 flights were operated by a/c with Qsuites.

I can, it's pretty simple. 
They offer the best business class product and they are cheap from ARN.
You could of course fly for example from Frankfurt or London with KL/AF for around 2000€ to JNB, or from Paris with Ethiopian for 1950€.
But a lot of people preffer instead to buy a cheap economy ticket for around 100-200€ to ARN, and fly cheaper with a much better product to JNB.
They offer the best business class product and they are cheap from ARN.
You could of course fly for example from Frankfurt or London with KL/AF for around 2000€ to JNB, or from Paris with Ethiopian for 1950€.
