Not as good as the 800USD RT a few months back

Do these extend into next summer?
I really want to visit Iceland but it sounds like I have to do a stopover in KEF to get the best fares. The RT requirement is also disappointing as I was hoping to stop on the way over seeing as the FI business class seats are not lie-flat and thus not conductive to good sleep. Oh well, you know what they say about beggers. |

What fare class do these book into? C, D, J class earn 250% RDM and 150% EQM in Alaska Mileage Plan.

It's kind of annoying that these show up as business class fares on google flights. They aren't even close. I get excited when I see the prices, then realize it's FI and not really business class.

Iceland Air is a poor flying experience and poor transit experience in KEF. Even at these prices, I am not tempted and don't want to give them any of my business.

That 800usd was to KEF only

While I really dislike FI, what is appealing to me is using it as a one way.
Would the following work? - Buy a Saga Premium Flex round trip flight - Fly the outbound - Cancel remaining ticket - Receive residual value back as refund (i.e. half of ticket) Is there anything wrong with this logic or anything I am missing? |
