AA: LAX-HKT in business, $2400, Sept-Jan

AA: LAX-HKT in business (I fare I believe), $2400-2500, Sept-Jan, including Thanksgiving and Xmas availability. Be careful some CX segments may book in Y on some days. Segments on China Southern also available but I don't think those earn eqms/eqds if they are not AA coded and may also bring up visa issues (if more than one connection in China). It doesn't seem to have minimum stay. Available also after January but for a bit more.I don't think this will last long....

Some routings via DFW, or you can force it via DFW with the 125/126 for more eqms (>40k):

Many nationalities can have multiple transfers without visa, if completed within 24 hours, however there are some exclusions. Some people want to avoid transfers in China all together. I've had several transfers in the past, got burnt only once. I wouldn't recommend this to certain people, for example, my parents. There's this massive wiki and thread about twov:

This is the best deal we have seen on AA and Oneworld in a while, specifically originating in the US and all the way down to S. E. Asia (not just Asia1). Because of the AA code is great for eqms but less for eqds/rdms. Eqds around $2200, I believe.

This would be great for end of year holiday vacations and requalification's, unless you need more eqds where you may want to look at special fares or partners. But just the two TPAC segments to HKG alone are worth the money.

Any way to get this with JAL or CX flight numbers. I need EQDs.

Looks like you can book via JAL in this example with all JL codes on some AA metal and a ~$2400 price.

But then I don’t have option of using upgrade instruments on the AA operated flights right?

No you don't but it is not worth it anyway, the AA J seat is almost the same (if not better) than their F seat/service, waste of an instrument.

The above link also only has AA planes without F, only the AA 77W to HKG has F. The JL coded fares are only via Japan with no AA F.

This fare is great for MRs, next day turns too, wow....

Seems to book in X with 25% eqds and 2x eqms, not bad...(Make sure to always check the fare class)

Are stopovers at HKG or TYO allowed?
