EK: IST-SIN - FIRST - € 3300 rtn.
Maybe not a too bad price for Emirates FIRST.
Have checked random dates from October 2019 to April 2020 for availability.
Mix of B777/A380 depending on dates/times. Be aware that aside from IST, flights may also depart from Istanbul SAW airport. Can be booked via several OTA's :

I was looking at this deal and noticed you can also go IST-SIN in Business on Saudia for $1,129, or a hair cheaper via an OTA
