Dl: Bos - lim $887 - limited availability

Nice fare to South America from Boston. The ATL-LIM segment is in Delta One. Sample dates, Feb 11-14, 2020 on Google Flights. Slightly higher at $947-$1060 for other dates. Not a lot of availability but nice if you can make it work.

I'm getting some pretty great allowed routing options too...

For example, in Feb 2020:
BOS-SLC-DTW-ATL-LIM
LIM-ATL-MSP-SLC-BOS

For only about $100 more. About double the number of MQMs.

Part 2. Almost 22,000 MQMs. Not bad for $1,023.16.

Is a back-to-back in LIM possible?

Sorry - I didn't mean in terms of the fare but in terms of the physical airport itself.

Yea - arrive on the ATL-LIM flight that gets in at ~11:30 PM and then leave on the one that leaves at ~1:05 AM.

How does that work logistically in Lima? Do you even need to clear immigration? How do you get a BP or return flight?

Wow, some of you guys are really hardcore, have you considered spending at least 1 night around Miraflores during the weekend and enjoy some Peruvian foods? It's easily accessible by the airport bus. Hotels are relatively cheap too.

I had to mess around for awhile to find a ticket that would actually ticket in all Z class...

But got BOS-SLC-ATL-LIM there

and LIM-ATL-SLC-LAX-BOS back including Delta One LAX-BOS

all for $920! Thanks OP!

Do you search it as multi city on delta website?

No. I first searched BOS-LIM roundtrip on Google Flights to find dates with Z availability on ATL-LIM (you could also do this using ExpertFlyer or BCD Travel Inventory site).

You also have to do the same for LAX-BOS. Then, once you have these anchor dates, put them into a multi city search on Google Flights and play around with the connection cities, so I searched on Google Flights (all with under 24 hour connections; the fare rules say 1 stopover allowed, but I couldn't get it to price):

BOS-SLC
SLC-LIM
LIM-SLC
SLC-LAX
LAX-BOS

Then, once you have the exact flight numbers, plug those into Matrix, then use a booking extension or bookwithmatrix to feed it to delta.com. Hope this makes sense, ask questions as you need to.
