Currently don't have AMEX IAP.
Wonder how much saving by using it (e.g. by %). Thanks.
In my experience typically 10% though it can vary within 0-15% by airline and sometimes by route. I'm sure there's an IAP thread somewhere on here with much better data
Programs: , DL DM, Mlife Plat, Caesars Diam, Marriott Tit, UA Gold, Hyatt Glob, invol FT beta tester

IAP brought my fare down from $1,420 -> $1,211 as an example of what it can do when it is good. More often than not, it doesn't provide any discount what so ever and actually costs more.

This is the only time where AmEx Platinum card is worth the annual fee and make sense keeping, while other statement credits (Uber and Airline incidentals) seem like forced spend.
