OR - 1 STOPOVER PERMITTED ON THE PRICING UNIT IN DEN/HOU/ SFO/WAS AT USD 100.00.

Per the rule there are blackout dates around Christmas, but no seasonality restrictions,
however you can see that availability abruptly stops in October.
So, while it may never happen, UA could open P bucket inventory for later dates if they wanted to - without changing the fare/rule/etc
