LA: GIG - JNB in J from $1030 / 930

A Brazilian blog published about this fare today between GIG and JNB (via GRU) starting from $1,030 / 930. It seems to be wide available up until May 2020, normally 3 or 4 times per week.
Interesting that it is available on eDestinos (or eSky.com), but not at LATAM page. The blogger even says that it could be a mistake from eDestinos.
Just note that the leg between GIG and GRU is in Y.

I booked myself yesterday routing GRU - JNB - CPT for 1100 EUR. First legon A350 metal, domestic operated by South African newly refurbished A330 business class.
SAA is nearly matching the LATAM prices on these routes but A350 is A350, right?

The A350 starts around 8/1 I think. Good deal.

This is sample for GIG - GRU - JNB -> click here
This is a sample for GRU - JNB that is even cheaper, starting from US$899 / 709 / €791 -> clique here
Just note the GRU - JNB seems to have much less availability than GIG - JNB.
The Brazilian blog is called Turning Left for Less Brasil.

I hope it helps! ^

This fare is available the other way as well; CPT/JNB-GIG/GRU on SA/DT for 700-850USD (1000-1300AUD).

I only looked up dates for November, but have a play around if you wish!

Some might not be worth it as you are required to have the yellow card when you check in. If you don't have it, they will cancel your segments as it is illegal. The yellow fever shot is above $200 in the USA and needs to have at least a few days ahead of your scheduled flight. Had it done last year for my Brazil/JNB trip. Plus, if you are from the USA, some might not even know that we can enter Brazil now without a visa, coming back from JNB into Brazil as the book/manual that they have is not yet updated so you will to seek a supervisor if the security check is confusing for them to understand.

That sounds absolutely outrageous. US health care is truly messed up.

Is A350 still 2-2-2 like 787?

Yes. Plus I dislike the tray between the seats. Its narrower than what is on the 787. I dont understand why LATAM hasn't gone with an all aisle access at this point. It's not like they need to lose any seats.
