Important for people who are interested... Long haul flight is performed by Aerolineas, no lie-flat seats and not a great reputation either.

Solid point, but you can get AZ operated FCO-EZE and i think EZE-FCO segments as well

And?
Stating to be aware that longhaul flights are operated by AR (and not ALSO by AR) automatically excludes AZ.
And, as said before, it's not true.
Don't you think?

AZ7960 codeshares for AR1141 which has only angle lie flats..
All I'm saying is, be aware of that when booking, and try to get on AZ operated longhaul segments

JFKEZE here with some more advice, avoid AR like the plague... Operational delays due to strikes and other issues are common plus Alitalia has a 1-2-1 cabin if I'm not mistaken...

You're right, I've been unnecessarily aggressive.

Similarly priced options on Air France, as well as GOL/KLM combinations (GOL between EZE and GIG)

Looks like it is also available to SCL for similar pricing, with a stop in CDG on the way to Santiago (and thus the old AF 777 but still decent), and EZE AMS on the return, with the 787 of KLM (EZE is just a quick stop).

Be careful with Air France and KLM that are publishing O Fares on these routes that give you zilch/nada/zero miles for Delta and most programs, just XPs...
Compared to the Alitalia fare which is in I class...

The exact reason I posted these AZ fares and not the O fares
It's crazy that I can pay for a premium cabin ticket and get 0 mileage credit, but i could spend less and fly coach and actually get some credit. :/
