FI: US-KEF Saga Class - $740

Tons of availability and lots of departure cities. West Coast for a bit more but still under $900 (example SEA).

Earns 125% on Alaska (looks like it books in to A Class).

This has been around for two weeks. What’s the elite bonus for Alaska MVP? How bad are the seats really?

It's like a domestic first class seat. I reviewed the service from yvr from my flight in March. It's not horrible. More like premium economy. Not business

Also one way slightly under $500 USD. Add another economy segment of most airlines to continental Europe for less than $200 in most cases.

Ideal to re-position for much cheaper Europe-US/Canada J fares such as TP's CPH-US/Canada deals around $1500 USD rt. I did something similar like this 2 years ago with FI's one way Y+ fares for $700 (ended up sitting in Saga seats without the J food on both YYZ-KEF and KEF-HEL), and flew the reverse on TK's EU-YYZ J fares for $1600 USD. Those low fares are much rarer these days.

Worth noting that FI has leased two 767s from Euroatlantic for Summer 2019 that have much nicer lie-flat J seats. These have a 1-2-1 configuration in J, versus 2-1-2 on FI's own 767s.
