AA/BA ORD-ATH Business $2487+ August Non-Stop RT

AA started non-stop service from O'Hare to Athens last week. Pretty good deal considering looking at SkyTeam from some major hubs running from $4,000 with connections

Hope to see SkyTeam match this deal soon

Departing from DFW is just $200 more. Not bad.

Departing from Austin (near and dear to my interests) for just $10 bucks more (i.e. $2497)

Not sure how I feel about Greece in August though, my be uncomfortably warm...

Regards

Yes, agreed particularly on tourists. Although, living in Central Texas for 20+ years I often have to remind myself that "hot" is a relative term. I find that many places I used to avoid because it was hot in the summer, are in fact much cooler than Austin is in August!

agree heat is manageable specially in the islands but what you save in airfare in august you will pay in hotels if you find one available - full of tourists avoid like the plague except visiting family and have a place to stay.
