I'll bite, what tool are you using? I literally found it first try, random dates, wide open. And then again on a second random try. I'm having trouble not finding it.

P.S. In fairness, I haven't actually tried to purchase directly, but easily found the fares in ITA Matrix. That said, occasionally ITA Matrix presents red herrings

Here's an example for EWR-SIN-PER for $3899: https://flights.app.goo.gl/gu1JV
You can also fly JFK-FRA-SIN-PER on certain dates. It's about 1600 more miles (RT) but you can then fly A380 from JFK-FRA and FRA-SIN.

SQ has been offering fares in this range several times a year. It's really a borderline fare to post here. I personally don't think J fares over $3k qualify.
