TK: YUL-SIN/SGN J $2700/$3075 CAD (under 2k USD)
Some type of flash sales from TK (today April 4th only).
YUL-SIN you can get under $2000 USD. The lowest I saw was $1886 USD from vayama.com
Again, use Kayak to get you the lowest possible prices, sample dates here

Officially, TK has extended the sales until May 9th but with more limited dates.
Another tip booking with TK, if certain dates doesn't have the low (relatively) J promo fares, try to create a stopover (multi-city) booking with identical flights, sometimes the J fares will pop up.
For example, instead of booking YUL-SIN, try YUL-IST and IST-SIN 2 days later (same flight combinations).

Prices are even lower now at $2609 CAD ($1953 USD), I have never seen US/Canada - E Asia in J priced this low across Atlantic and Europe.
I notice this may be their matching CA's YUL-SIN low Biz fares, you have to thank certain airlines for keeping up the competition even if you don't want to fly with them.
Other low J fare city pairs found in CAD
YUL-KUL $3153
YUL-BKK $2719 (lowest found is $2581 CAD but dates are scarce)
YUL-SGN $3077
YUL-HAN $3183
Caveat: prices are dynamic, you may see them now and gone next day. I tried to get open-jawed with BKK outbound earlier, it wasn't available, now it's back up again.

You aren't seeing the fares because the dates are probably sold out. If possible, try to add a stopover, ie YUL-IST, IST-SIN (or BKK) and then BKK-IST (or SIN), IST-YUL.
Sometimes this will yields the J fares above.

Any luck pricing OW? I'd love to find a good J price on a OW from Asia-N. America. I'll be in Vietnam (thank you CX for that cheap RT to Da Nang!) and this would be a fun way to get home. But I don't see pricing for anything under $2k USD.

It's one of few airlines (the only one I know) that allow open-jawed tickets with different regions at destinations. You can not, however, do open-jaw with different regions from origins since it's priced based on origin's region. In this case you'll be paying 2 one-way fares.
There's also sales on YYZ-BEY for 2576 CAD, so if I book
Jan 7th YYZ-BEY (2576 CAD), returning Feb 1st SIN-YUL(2608 CAD), it becomes
.5*(2576) + .5(2608) = 2592, however I get 2564 CAD. The variance is due to local airport taxes, but you get the idea.
When you see flash sales from LH, OS, AF, and KL, most restrict stopovers and open-jaws.
I'm flying TK from YUL today to IST, looking forward to another great catering and service, something completely gone from US carriers.
