AM/KLM: AMS-Mexico from 1,289 and earn 5222 MQDs!
Aeromexico and KLM are having some nice sales ex-Amsterdam. Cancun is available from €1,289.
This ticket would earn 26112 RDMs 19584 MQMs 5222 MQDs or a 3.57 MQD Ratio
KLM flights would credit as AM flights to Delta as it has AM codes...
Sample flights from ITA Matrix

I saw it is working to CUN and SJD so maybe even more Mexican destinations. AF/KL/DL tickets seems available for about 200 more and can route trough US! seems to be available until summer.

Note AF/KL operate out of T1 while AM operates out of T2 at MEX. Terminal-to-terminal transfer at MEX is not a fun experience.

No problem at all, there is a train service between the 2 terminals for free (ticketed passengers only, there is a checkpoint). Calculate 2 hours to be on the safe side, because you need to do immigration first on arrival.

Before booking a trip to Mexico, especially the beach resorts, be sure to read the recent travel warnings and reports of adulterated alcohol, assaults, and other criminal incidents.

You can read these kind of reports about just about any destination. Let's keep it on topic and quit the baseless fear mongering. Great deal, OP, thanks for sharing.

You obviously haven't been paying attention much. These are areas that till recently were safe from the drug cartels violence. This isn't a stabbing here or there, or threat of robbery. This is extreme violence, beheadings of multiple people, etc... Mexico is even aghast at the extremes the violence has gotten to.
