AF La Premiere TUN-HKG (return DEL-TUN Y) U$ 2.200

As I continued to play around with Matrix, for about the same price of Emirates new F to Haneda (https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/prem...-u-2156-a.html), itīs also possible to fly Air France La Premiere to Hong Kong.
The logic is the same to get this price: outbound in first class, inbound in economy (possibly throw away). In this case, itīs TUN-CDG on AF business, then CDG-HKG on La Premiere, with as much as 10 hours on CDG lounge. The return is DEL-TUN in economy. Price: U$ 2.196.
Booking this is a bit trickier, as Air France doesnīt allow to mix classes on itīs website. I was able to price this itinerary on Priceline (https://www.priceline.com/m/fly/search/TUN-HKG-20191023/DEL-TUN-20191029/details/R_TUN201910230950CDG201910231325JAF1085~CDG2019102 32340HKG201910241745FAF188-DEL201910290105CDG201910290555EAF225~CDG2019102913 50TUN201910291615LAF1184_1_USD0.00?num-adults=1&cjevent=4fd81fd8410c11e9835e00e60a240612& refid=CO8073572&refclickid=11554367SID).

Don't think the priceline link you gave as an example can be ticketed.

Perhaps you could change the thread titles on these, or post elsewhere, as I expect to find premium cabin fares here, not economy for half of it. Maybe just list the one way in premium?
Thanks.

I disagree and find these valuable.

You'd think someone with 775 posts would realize that sometimes "one way J/F with a throwaway Y return" gives a deal price where booking a standard oneway doesn't.

$3738USD round trip F from TUN to HKG is pretty good deal to experience AF F 777

Don't mean to be pedantic, but for the sake of clarity, what you mention is actually outbound in first and inbound (=return) in economy and not the other way round.

No problem at all, thanks for the heads up. Iīll edit the post.

This is not one of "e-fares" so if it's possible to book it will be honored. Someone any success booking?

Seems I'm in the minority on this one... sorry for the bother.

I do realize that, but I just find economy fares in the Premium Fare Deals forum to be misleading. It seems I'm the only one, though, so keep posting these half deals, I guess...

not that great of a price IMO ... for starting in TUN.

You are speaking about AF. Zero chance of honoring any error fares, no sales, never ever, no award availability to partners. This would be a high price for most, but for AF that's the best we can get in years.

yes, you are right, i am Flying blue platinum, it costs 300K miles to book F one way from CDG to Tokyo. it is a lot miles. so this is a good deal to me in cash price.

You're not alone. I sent a message to mods. This and the EK deal aren't premium fares. If you could book it oneway sure. However you have to book RT. This is a mixed cabin ticket, not a premium fare.
