I was looking for cheap flights back from Europe and found this killer fare. Example:
https://flights.app.goo.gl/9Cjic
You can route on UA, AC, or LH/LX/OS family. Basically all the JV partners. UA flies non-stop. If you ticket via UA, the price is $200-400 more, but on LH/LX stock I consistently saw it as $1057.
Looks available March 24 - May 6, but I see rates in the $1300 range all through the summer and fall.
I see Skyteam and One World fares over the same period for ~$1400:

Great find! Since it's operated by UA, the LH's P class has to map to some UA's fare for crediting miles. Any idea does UA have some kind of a business fare bucket that would generally earn to very few FFPs? If not, it should be quite safe to book with LH and keep few hundreds extra left in the wallet.

That's because I love the LX *G/Biz lounges, great views, food, and great space. AC has a great hard product (all aisle access) and the Signature Suites lounge is AMAZING for a biz lounge (but you'll only get it on the outbound to Europe. OS and LX have the same seating arrangement (1-2-2), so the throne seats are great. Otherwise I feel Swiss service is always solid, no complaints.
UA is UA, sometimes great, sometimes bad :-)

I would rank them AC > LX > LH > OS > UA.

My ranking is OS>LX=AC>UA>LH.
And thanks for finding the fare. Looking like a weekend in NYC is in the cards

Seeing ~$1,500 (€1370) to MIA as well, into October. LH family only so far. Booking is tricky: I got the price to show on Orbitz after some refreshes, and CheapO is showing normally, but I've never booked with them. Direct booking is about $1950/€1735.
