I am trying to book YUL-DOH-BKK with the return leg BKK-DOH-ORD-YUL. The last leg is with Air Canada. I tried many engines: priceline, bookwithmatrix, QR, google and american express. None can replicate IAT Matrix's itinerary. Can anyone provide more idea?

Maybe try the ITA powertools script (mapping over to the OTAs):
ITA-Matrix-PowerTools - Userscript for Orbitz/DL/UA/AA/BA/CZ/IB/LA/LH/LX/TK

But if you tried bookwithmatrix, that may have been the same difference. Not 100% sure

If the matrix is pricing the itinerary accurately, a travel agent should be able to replicate it in their GDS without issue. Try a "live" TA and email them the matrix details.

QR : YUL > BKK in J - $2000 USD rt ($2700 CAD)

Spotted on Google flights:

https://www.google.com/flights?lite=...1*2.USD.200681

Decent availability starting from late August through end of year. All segments in J. Outbound features a 2 hour layover in DOH whilst the return is 8 1/2 hours. Cannot comment on QR, I hear they are a decent airline and suspect the OW earning may be valuable to some.

Safe Travels,

James

Could not resist, just booked YUL-DOH-BKK r/t for CDN $2,702 (~USD $2,006) directly from Qatar site. 11/20 - 12/1. Expertflyer says I scored 3 of four in the QSuites lottery (which wasn't that difficult once I got used to the Qatar site.) We shall see what actually flies. Never tried it, and am most excited, especially at this price!

Further to the above, I see the mileage accrual chart at wheretocredit, but it's uninspiring. Anyone have any tips for best OneWorld program to maximize accrued mileage on this deal? The only OW flying I will do in calendar 2019 is YUL-DOH-BKK three times (as in, 1.5 r/ts).

What does it mean to score 3 of 4 in the QSuites lottery? Pardon my ignorance...

Great price.

Does not look like Qsuites to me...What leads you to think it is Qsuites.
