OW: $2.5k USD RT / $1.5k OW Business Toronto - Asia

On a mixture of BA/Finnair.

One way flights for $1.5k or so

Lots of cities open (HKG, BKK, PVG)

Example:

1/23/19 YYZ-LHR-HEL-HKG for $1,561 one way, RT as low as $2,549

I also found YYZ-DFW-ICN for around $1,500 too.

Don't forget to figure in seat selection charges on the BA flight if you lack BA or OW status to reserve without charge.

Around $100 each way on my SIN trip. These charges completely eliminates BA as an option for us.

Good point. There were some routes on AA going TPAC instead.

If you book through AMEX travel, they have a “cheat code” (that’s what my agent called it) to request the seat for free. Plus, probably cheaper than these fares.

Thanks, OP! Booked AA to JFK, then AY to HEL & HKG. It is booked on AY ticket stock. Anybody know what the EQD/EQM's/EQS' would look like in AAdvantage for this itinerary? Thanks in advance!

Ahh. I can rename this one to the One Way TPAC fares if that would be better. I just booked YYZ-DFW-ICN for $1,500

can you share the name/extension of the AMEX agent. The ones I reach typically aren’t very knowledgeable about these kinds of deals or workarounds. Thanks.
