BA : UK -> SEA - 2,315 GBP in F, roundtrip
Found this on flights:

Limited availability in '19 and you'll have a decent layover in LHR (perhaps explore Big Ben and/or enjoy the Concorde room at LHR?). The long haul segments LHR -> SEA are in F on a 777 whilst the regional LHR->BHD flight is in J (for some reason BA stopped offering F on European flights!)
Edit : Also seems possible from a number of other destinations from U.K., namely:
