X fare is a little sparse on the HND-JFK and NRT-DFW routes, but very much available to all other JAL gateways. With flexibility, you should get something.
RGN-East Coast - West Coast has most bang for buck, and with optimal routing, you get to enjoy flagship lounges at three locations on your trip (JFK/LAX/DFW/ORD/LAX).
FYI, LAX is the cheapest of the west coast destinations.

Just fyi... on this fare, I am finding a lot of examples of fares on ITA Matrix that may not exist in real life. It seems to be related to itineraries where ITA appears to check fare availability segment-by-segment but the "married segments" on JAL may be zeroed out. ITA can show some nice possibilities, but I have been checking availability through Expert Flyer for the entire routing.

This deal looks to be dead. Had a fare pulled up on Friday, no longer exists in either ITA or on the Fare Table in EF. Tried LAX, ORD, DFW and looked for MANY months not just a specific day.

I still see XNN0NOCE on EF. Also see sub $2000 RT to LAX RT - try routing through KUL instead of BKK.

I have booked a couple of these from MDL, one to LAX last April and one to ORD in November, paying cash at TA in Mandalay. Yesterday could not find any in ITA but today it seems bookable on Expedia, $2196 to Boston, sub $1900 to LAX, JFK also available
