SK/AC - BGO -> SFO - 1,600 EUR in J return

Seems to be relatively wide open availability in 2019. Long haul portions are on AC metal which will grant you access to the SSL in YYZ on the way back - I'll let @24left , @yyznomad and the like comment on the quality of AC J since my speciality is flying k fares!

I have had a quick look and I can see BGO-LGB (Long Beach Ca) for £1350 for various dates in July. Nice smaller airport for anyone going to Orange County or further south. A quick drive to San Diego or inland to Palm Springs.

Could be useful for a couple Europe trips. Requires a bit of positioning though.
I've certainly jumped on a lot of *A SFO J fares for 1600 in the past.
