Aeromexico is having a nice sale from across the United States and Canada to Chile. Some of these fares were available earlier this year for a few hundred bucks less but these fares are valid now. The amount of MQDs that can be earned it can make it an attractive offer for some flyers.
AM service is usually average and MEX connections aren't for everyone but for miles and cheap MQDs... Aeromexico always comes through... These sample fares were tested yesterday on ITA Matrix for trips in February and I using BookWithMatrix.com was able to test it so it went to a bookable OTA site. All calculations are done using GCMAP.com data into a Google Sheet. If any errors seem to exist , please advise and it can be corrected...

How things change in a year - almost a year to the date, last year AM offered US to SCL at around $1K, and DL still allowed for 200% MQM accrual then.

Prices to EZE are in the same ballpark (e.g. SFO-EZE is $1825 for some dates in Feb)

Yes but we do want AM to remain solvent.

Although by the time we flew it, DL dropped that to 150%. Still a killer deal, I wish it would come back.

Need to request for manual credit for the additional 50% if you had purchased the ticket prior to the end of 2017.

These are now easily bookable on AM's web site which means you can change seats and have other miscellaneous access. They booked at $1875 each with no problems. AM seems to have cleaned up it's system.

The cheaper fares which were availablle a while back didn't include the 4 hour same day turn in SCL on dates I could use.

I have 2 booked for June 2019 and they're both on the 789 which is also a nice change.
