I don't think this would earn 200% MQMs (status miles) on DL.
Also, pay attention to aircraft type, seats, and configuration on KE. Unlike DL, KE aircraft are not 100% direct aisle access in business class and, in fact, KE uses many planes with 2-3-2 seating in business class as well as seats that aren't genuine flat beds.
