Thanks mickeyjaw. Sorry I have a follow up question too, is there any way to make this bookable through one of the airlines (will it price up correctly if I call)? I'm not keen on booking with eDestinos, or eDreams given the online reviews for them.

When using the link from Google flights to eDestinos I found that the sector from GRU to JNB is in Economy. The BA sector from JNB to LHR is in Business

I've booked the following. It's within a few miles of the MPM+25% plus the 1850 mile 'bonus' for GRU transfers.
It's three 140TP segments and the domestic Y segment.
