LA: GIG/GRU-FRA o/w in J from 550€
One-way fare. Includes key cities between Brazil and Germany. Looks like it's only available until end of November. Perhaps more dates will be published in the future.
Fare Basis ZLEEVW0E
One free stopover permitted plus two more for $100 each.
Can route via JNB for more miles.

Here's one with one week stopover in JNB. Funny enough when I pulled this from Powertools, it was available through Delta.
In case you're worried buying it from Delta, it's also available on AA. Note I used ITA and powertools to price the itinerary below.

Can also be routed via BCN, LHR, MXP, EDI- for those whom FRA is not their final destination, or who wish to fly on different LA planes.

Thank you OP! Just booked a GRU-JNB-IST-FRA ticket. Can’t price with a JNB stopover but I was able to select SA for GRU-JNB if I wanted too if I started from GIG

Anyone been able to route on OW carrier at least part of the trip from JNB? No luck so far.

ITA, and then specify route (GIG-GRU-JNB-AMS-FRA) for example. IST, ZRH, FRA, TLV eg work too, maybe more.
Fare base stays the same, booking a stopover in JNB is free and easy (bookable through Delta!)
Fantastic deal OP, if only it was bookable in 2019...
