Glad you could take advantage of this fare! An op-op is unlikely but a nice thing about OS is their smart upgrade feature where you can “bid” for an upgrade. Pretty common for 300euro Ish to be accepted on BKK-VIE for Y-J. Probably less if already in PE.
I think there is a thread over on the M&M section.. it may be worth asking how much to expect to bid.

Curious why anyone would take PE (especially if paying 300 for an upgrade one way) for this price when you can get LHR-BKK on Gulf (J) for just over £1k with all segments on a Dreamliner with Apex Suites

I was told by my travel agency LH N maps to SQ P fare, so it might be beneficial of flying SQ not only in terms of the better hard product but it may also credit slightly more points (e.g. with Asiana 110% instead of LH 100%).,

I am not seeing Gulf air for £1000. What fare basis in EF/Google flights?

You have to do it on SkySkanner and order through certain OTA's that have been given cheap seats to sell (including expedia if you want to pay £150 extra). Fare has been around for a while and plenty have flown it. Put in 24/11-9/12 for example flights.
