Looks like there's another sale coming our way in a few days (https://www.srilankan.com/en_uk/spec...n=EDM%20Teaser) - however, they haven't release T&C so no idea if AUH-CGK/DXB-CGK will be discounted.

What I don't like much in this coming sale is that you can do TP runs only during NOV, due to the rule "This offer is valid for sale from UAE between 9th October - 13th October 2019 to commence travel between 01 November - 30 November 2019" .

Yes, I feel your pain. How could they know I have two trips TATL already booked in November???
I may have to go to the convenience store for some more paper handkerchiefs....

Even though I didn't have any space for more travel in November, I still had to look at what I may have missed. Searching for random dates both departing from AUH and DXB doesn't show any sale prices, 3145 and 3445 AED respectively.
TBH, I didn't search any other routes, there might be some other goodies to hunt.

The new Sale doesn't include destinations in the UAE, so it's pretty irrelevant for this thread.

Then why they specified a rule for UAE in the T&C?

So it makes sense we're not seeing UAE fares yet - we have to wait a couple of days for them.

Last weekend I flew DXB-CMB-CGK. On the counter in DXB I’ve been asked to verify credit card (I used a Visa debit card to purchase tickets, though). The card has expired in summer, so, obviously, I didn't have it with me.
Luckily, I had the transaction statement to show in my online bank. Then it took 30-40 minutes for the counter manager to override the card number in the system with the help of airline IT stuff on the phone.
It was not the very pleasant experience So, I suggest bringing a card with you, even if it's not Amex.
